1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FOMO Lounge website and the services we provide at 102-106 City Road, Cardiff CF24 3DQ. By accessing our website, placing an order, making a booking or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to FOMO Lounge, and "you" refers to the person using our website or services.

2. Bookings & Reservations

Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We will do our best to honour your requested date, time and party size, but we cannot guarantee a specific table.

• Please arrive on time — tables may only be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time.
• If your party size changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
• For larger groups, a deposit or minimum spend may apply. We will confirm any such requirement at the time of booking.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our menus and website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices, menu items and availability may change without notice.

Where a discretionary service charge applies to your bill, it will be clearly indicated. Payment is due in full at the point of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take allergens seriously. Our full allergen matrix is available on our Menu page and in our venue. While we take care to manage allergens, our dishes are prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces.

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to a member of our team before ordering so we can advise you.

5. Shisha & Age Restrictions

Shisha and certain products are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may ask for valid photographic ID (such as a passport, driving licence or PASS-approved card). We reserve the right to refuse service where age cannot be verified.

6. Conduct on Our Premises

We want every guest to enjoy their visit. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, or to ask guests to leave, where behaviour is abusive, unsafe, unlawful or disruptive to other guests or staff.

7. Use of Our Website

The content on this website — including text, images, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to FOMO Lounge and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on our website is accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
